To all the CPAC Members: In December we asked the CPAC membership for help with the Operating Budget. Our coffers were getting very low and we wanted to improve our communications by designing a website.
Thanks to you the campaign was successful. In total, $445 in contributions were received. Wow!! This increases our bank account to almost $600. In addition, I also want to thank those members who have made in-kind donations. These were mainly the officers and committee members who absorbed the expense. This included items such as payment for our PO Box, stamp purchases for mailings, printing and copying supplies.
We are working on a website design and trying to be very frugal and have chosen to try Google Aps site. The funds will go to offset the cost of a website as well as other operating expenses involved with document retention, the community plan review or other issues that may arise in the coming year.
If you have any questions or suggestions for the CPAC board regarding land-use related information you would like to see presented at a meeting or available on a website, please let us know.
