Q1-Do you live in the Designated PC-Woods Flood Zone? If so, your livability is about to change.

What do I mean? Any human caused change to land or structure will not be allowed.

An example: Paving your driveway.

FEMA BiOp has chosen to implement their Revised Flood Zone Regulations early.

By December 1st, Tillamook County must choose & begin implementation of 1 of 3 FEMA designated options.

Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of Federal Funds from the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP).

The cancellation result for Pacific City-Woods homeowners: Significantly higher flood insurance premiums.

Q2-How do you look-up if you live in the PC-Woods Flood Zone?
