As identified earlier, On September 4, 2020 - Tillamook County announced that its $3.25 million offer was accepted on what is known as the Jensen property. Next step was for the county to conduct its due diligence on the property and anticipates closing on the parcel in six months (March 4). This offer is Primarily funded by Pacific City Transient Lodging Tax funds and the proposed Parking Plan Daily & Annual fees. At the January 27th meeting, Chief of Staff, Rachel Haggerty told PC-Woods Parking Advisory Committee the county will take a more "holistic approach" to this and several other planned projects. A RFP, Request for Proposal, for a consultant has been announced and any submittals must be returned by February 19, 2021.
