Here are the 2017-01-16 DRAFT Minutes of the most recent PC-Woods Citizen Advisory Committee meeting and a copy of the 20-30-40 Matrix (rough estimates/examples for discussion purposes only) distributed by Chair Sean Carlton.
Please take note in the Announcements
section of the Minutes
of several meetings of importance to our community! First on the list is a meeting of the Cape Kiwanda Master Plan Steering Committee tomorrow, January 24, 1:00PM at the Kiawanda Community Center.
Please watch the Pacific City Sun Community Events Calendar, the Public Notices section of the Headlight Herald, and bulletin boards at the Post Office, the Kiawanda Community Center, the South Tillamook County Library, PCJWSA office, and Oregon Coast Bank for notices of other meetings of interest to our community.
What do we want our Community to look like in 2020? In 2030? In 2040?
How do we get there?
These are the questions Sean Carlton, Pacific City-Woods CAC Chair, raises for us to address in the coming year. Please read Pacific City Woods 20-30-40
for a description of the project. You can use the links provided to read the existing planning documents. Join us at our monthly meetings to be involved in this important discussion.
